3.1 Booking All bookings are subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate all requests, Arabian Sand Dunes reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.

3.2 Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices may be displayed in USD for reference purposes; however, all payments are processed in QAR.

3.3 Pricing All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking shall be considered final.

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour: Full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: No refund.

4.2 Cancellation by Arabian Sand Dunes In the event that Arabian Sand Dunes cancels a tour due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions or safety concerns, customers will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

• Providing accurate information at the time of booking.
• Arriving on time for scheduled tours and activities.
• Following all safety instructions provided by tour guides and staff.
• Informing Arabian Sand Dunes of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements prior to participation.
• Respecting local customs, traditions, and regulations within the State of Qatar.

6.1 Limitation of Liability Arabian Sand Dunes shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6.2 Insurance Customers are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, accidents, loss of belongings, and trip cancellations.

6.3 Personal Belongings Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Arabian Sand Dunes accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during tours or activities.

• Misuse the website or its content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
• Introduce malicious software or harmful material.
• Engage in activities that may disrupt website operations or compromise security.
